Footwear - We have a small collection of boots, again free of charge to hire, although we are happy for riders to wear wellingtons, or a secure boot or shoe with a small heel, so long as there are no zips or buckles on the inside leg.
Clothing - Shoulders must be covered at all times. Legs must be fully covered, with full length trousers, for example tracksuit bottoms or leggings as an alternative to jodhpurs.
Optional Extras - We advise gloves are worn to avoid rubbing from the reins, and also body protectors are always advisable but not a requirement unless participating in Cross Country.
Body Protectors - These are only compulsory to be worn for Cross Country lessons, but we advise they are worn during other lessons for the protection of your back in the event of a fall.
